Is TikTok Shop a dropshipping scam?

I've seen some people complaining about the prices of the products listed and decided to look into it. There were headphones in a good price that I was interested in, I looked them up at Shopee and found the exact same pair for way cheaper

Also the products there are not exclusive from TikTok Shop, you can find them very easily through other platforms except in the TikTok app is WAY more expensive. Is there a way to test this theory? Has anyone ever brought anything at TikTok shop??
