How to talk to a REAL human customer support member?

So I got a new phone and new number and I didn’t have my TikTok account set to just log me in. My password I use for everything didn’t work (go figures the one time I choose a new password), I can’t do the “friends verification” it just won’t let me. I can’t get the OTP because I don’t have access to the old number. I can’t contact my provider about the old number because I haven’t used that old number in months (I was travelling and got new numbers often). I emailed TikTok and I just get automated copy and paste emails, very obvious no one is reading them. They’re just telling me to do the OTP and I’m like BRO I CANT. I don’t want to make a new account/ if I do have to make a new account I’d like to at least be able to delete the old one? But I can’t do that without logging in. So.who can I talk to?
