David Martinez is a character from the anime “Cyberpunk Edgerunners” (look at the blue search in your screenshot) and the joke with it has been people abbreviating it to “cp” 🤦🏻‍♂️ it’s an old joke that’s been around since the show dropped and it was overused almost immediately. If you look up “Cyberpunk Hank don’t abbreviate” you’ll probably find the meme I’m talking about
