screen time?

Please watch while video first. So i am 17 and i understand that because im not 18 yet they gave me this screen time, i assumed i could turn it off but even when it says “screen time> inactive” it pulls up this screen every couple minutes or less than a minute. To combat it i set the limit to the max amount of time and it didn’t stop pulling up this screen. i woke up just two hours ago and didn’t get on tiktok until 30 minutes ago, why doesn’t it say i’ve been active for 6hrs? why doesn’t the code let me return for longer than two minutes? if anyone has any insight i would love to hear it.
