Tiktok still under review

It's been at longer than a day now and my tiktok is still currently being reviewed. The review status says that I will be notified or the review will be finished if longer than 12 hours but nothing has came up. I've searched and heard people who have had their tiktok in review for at least 30 minuets. Does anyone know why this is taking so long? Or should I just wait a little longer?
