Screentime Limit?

Today it seems like tiktok finally sent the screentime management update to my device, and even though I've scoured the settings and turned it off, it keeps popping up constantly. Is this a me problem? A common issue? Is there something I'm missing? If I get sent to the 'input password 1234 to continue ☝️🤓' screen in the middle of messaging a friend one more time I'm gonna lose it ●|￣|＿
