How to you turn off amber alerts in the app?

So I just got an amber alert while scrolling TikTok. I didn't even know they did this first off. Second off, how do I turn this off? This isn't even close to me it's over 20 hrs away from me lmao. I have them turned off on my phone because they're always 2+ hours from me. Has anyone figured out a way to disable this?
