Does ANYONE remember this specific video

It was this Russian tik tok account and there was this one video where there were these men covered in blue paint (apparently they were trafficked and it was so they couldn’t run away and could be identified) it was really eerie but it was back before 2020 and before things like that blew up so no one ever spoke about it but I’m so interested to see if anyone remembers the account or what likely happened?
