New privacy update?

I cant see videos when on preview outside of the app, and I can't circle to search now on tiktok(the samsung thing). Originally it didn't allow any screenshots, but eventually it did(somehow???) Is this a new privacy update on tiktok's end, or something to do with samsung? Sorry if I'm a little out of the loop.
