Why do these weird symbols effectively bypass the system that detects hate comments?

Pretty sure a lot of the moderators on TikTok are just bots, so they don’t detect anything due to the symbols, because imagine how many reports are made per day, there’s way too many for human moderators, that’s my best guess… 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The symbols are from one of the languages that requires stacking symbols, so the symbols are actually within the words but appear outside of them would be my guess.

I've tried many times like every of these and always it got taken down after a sec ፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱ ፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱፱ ፰፱፪፪፯፪፱፪፯፱፪፰፫፱፫፯፫፱፫፯፪፱፪፯፫፰፫፯፫

This example isn't a hate comment, though. Maybe rude, sure. But, it's definitely not hate.

Mods saw it, know how unusable all the “check out part 748 for the finished whatever it is” stuff makes TikTok.

I mean, maybe they should have posted the whole story in one video. Lol I understand their frustration. However, not the best way to handle the situation, and no need to attack the person uploading the video:/
