How do I have an account that doesnt get recommended to my contacts??

I just want a second account that nobody around me knows about. It just pisses me off that everytime i create a new account and post, its just my contacts and friends liking them. I DONT WANT THEM TO KNOW. I already disabled syncing contacts and stuff, or that option to recommend to people you may know and stuff

Any idea how to pull it off?
