Prenup vs Hakimi Method

Frankly and I’m sure lots of people are going to hate this, but both partners should work. The traditionalism is complete nonsensical, both partners are equal and should put in the same effort whether it be parenting or finances or what not. And I’m not saying they should be both making the same amount of money, but both getting paid and contributing. Also most often prenups protect from pre marital finances, as in if one partner has equity in a company prior to the Union they will keep that benifit post marriage and it won’t be split up incase of divorce. Or if a partner has has inherited something prior to the marriage or even if they are set to inherit something post Union it would be guarded in case of divorce.

Now what a lot of this is is about women arguing men shouldn’t have them sign a prenup and they are all arguing traditional rules. Which again I think traditionalism is nonsensical and boring but again that’s my opinion, statistical fact though is women are are nearly 4x’s more likely to start a divorce then men are, which if people are so bothered about people creating prenups to guard themselves incase of a divorce while statistics tell us it’s more probable for women to start divorces then that in itself is telling to a certain degree.

I don’t want a tradwife so I don’t need a prenup

Like seriously if 85% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, this prenup shit is for 7.5% of the population or less.

If you MAKE your wife stay at home and wash your drawers and take care of the kids, etc, and THEN decades leave her, then yeah, she should get half. I’ve met several dudes like that. If you are both working or you are not getting in the way of her working, then hell naw on her taking half of YOUR money. Now, stuff y’all bought together, like house, etc, you should split

70 percent of divorces are initiated by women. That number is closer to 90% in regards to college educated women. The idea that a man is going to make you sign a prenuptial and then divorce you for no reason and leave you destitute is a LIE.
