0 Plays on Tiktok - What is my mistake?

Just a quick question. I created a new Account and uploaded Videos to Tiktok. By now I have 0 Followers. I thought, that Tiktok is sending out new uploads to a small amount of people (non-follower), even if you have 0 followers. I understand that the video maybe after 20, 40 or 100 plays gets no longer promoted, because people don't like it. But it seems like the initial push not happening? Any Ideas.

Videos have Hashtags, visibility set to "public", and they are between 45 sec. and 3 minutes.
