Creators deleting comments

Doesn’t a creator get more money based on the number of comments. I generally always make positive comments and this one creator that has over 3 millions followers will delete them. Then I have noticed for the number of followers she really keeps the comments at low a number - why would someone control their page so closely? The amount of time it must take to delete so many comments and she post daily sometimes more than once.
