I don’t get why people make TikTok’s about a current discussion but refuse to aknowledge any other opinions

I’ve been having discussions on TikTok comment sections for a few days now, and whenever I leave a comment I make sure it doesn’t sound passive aggressive or offensive. The other day I mentioned to someone how although the topic theybwere mentioning may not be offensive, people can use it as an excuse to do so. I wasn’t agreeing or denying their post at all. I wasn’t even expecting a reply. Instead I just receive passive aggressive replied and a stitch to my comment that doesnt give the whole story.

Do you know any specific way how to avoid these interactions on TikTok..?
