TTS not working?

Hi, I’m trying to put TTS over a video front camera roll, and every time I press the button it loads for like two seconds then says I have no internet. I’ve deleted the app and deleting the cache and switched back and forth from mobile data to WiFi. I’m genuinely starting to get angry 😭🙏
