Internet joke got me blocked

So this lady is thought I was cool with was livestreaming, I tune in for a few minutes like I always do. Well her stream kept crashing this time, I make a joke after I tune in again about service providers. Where im located charter spectrum is terrible, internet is on the fritz when it rains. It also happens to be the service provider im with, so I made a joke because she looks visibly irritated and I at least wanted to make her smile and possibly relate to her. But she blocks me, now im confused as to what I did wrong. I was trying to lighten the mood, some reason I get called weird for it. Did I do something wrong here or am I feeling bad for no reason? I even tried apologizing to her if I made her upset, but yeah that happened... im more confused than I am sad.
