Am I locked out permanently?
Had a glitch while the tiktok app was updating and had to delete and reinstall the app from my phone. When I’m trying to log back in, it’s asking me to verify a code to my email after I put in my password, but it’s sending the code to a very old spam email from Yahoo that was deleted a few years ago. Any attempt I make to speak to support just has me speaking to an AI chat that can’t even answer basic questions, so I’m not sure what I need to do to get back into my account.
