The LP clearly didn't have information. She either lost observation on him at some point or just went off what another employee said. This is why they tell you to not approach and let them leave if you aren't 100% sure. They can document him on camera and verify later and take the necessary steps. This is a mistake that will bite her in the ass because this can be a valid lawsuit against a company. Too many LPs are confrontational and jump the gun and then get let go for it.

Seems like a genuine mistake though, not profiling.
