Nearly every time i search something, the same creepy video pops up

Title says it all. For the last month or so, almost every search ive made had the same creepy video pop up, and i can't figure out why. In the reply section other people are complaining about this as well. I've used the "not interested" option in the share menu, but to no avail. Is this some sort of bug? The screenshot above shows the video in question.
