Why does applying to go live on PC ask me for my channel elsewhere?

I just want to use multistreaming, but despite the fact I already go live on PC with TikTok studio multiple times a week I need to apply to go live on PC?? And then on top of that the application form seemingly has nothing to do with TikTok itself but other live websites? I have no idea what this even means.
