Can’t change region

My account was made in Brazil, but I can’t seem to change it to Ireland, I have an irish sim and all that, I’ve been living here for 8 months. There’s no Uk or Ireland on my list to change to :/ I want to stream on tiktok but when I streamed it was sent to mostly Brazilians. It was fine but I want a new audience.
