I'm very confused - I'm trying to start posting stuff on Tiktok, and I've been regularly posting for the past 4 days, once a day, but so far all 4 of my videos have exactly 0 views. They have non-copyright sound, they have covers, they have hashtags - but for some reason they're not getting any views at all. Is this normal and I just need to keep posting and eventually it'll get picked up, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

If your account is new you wont get For You Page recommendation so you wont get your videos pushed to anybody. You need to simply leave a comment on other peoples videos every few days like once a week even and like and watch other peoples videos. Do this for a few weeks even a month then your account wont be treated as New-spam by Tiktok and your videos will be pushed out to others when you post. Basically Tiktok may be blocking your account for being too new and posting too much
