How do I disable these “Following” notifications?

I have all notifications except direct messages turned off. I’ve been getting these notifications for a few days now. I checked my settings and nothing has changed. I’ve been hitting “Not Interested” on my iPhone but they’re increasing in frequency. I’ve been unfollowing these accounts as I get them, but how do I stop getting these notifications?
