User @Euroslander promoting violence against refugees among others

This user has been continuously promoting "kill white people" and more and more people in his comment section agree with him. He has now gone on to create a tirade of mocking the woman that was stabbed for no reason on a bus, saying she deserved it; "my fellow blacks, this is a call to arms - more is to come".

Is there any way that this can get reported to local PD, because TikTok does absolutely NOTHING.
