tiktoks wont upload correctly

has anyone else had issues where you upload a tiktok, and you can see it on your profile but if someone else goes to your profile it’s not there? i even tried posting a story and my stories won’t show up for people.

i’ve tried the trick that everyone has been mentioning to “fix” this issue but it only worked for maybe 2 minutes maximum and went right back to not showing up for others.

i also noticed that, my privacy settings on the video say “everyone” but when i go to tiktok studio it says “only me” even though i never set it as that. and when i reuploaded like people were suggesting to do after making it private, i made SURE it said everyone. i genuinely don’t know how to fix this and it’s driving me crazy!
