Content not hitting FYP

Hey guys I have been having an issue here lately over the past couple of weeks where TikTok has been flagging a third of my videos for violence and gore. This is an automated system and I can manually appeal it and it typically gets manually approved that day. The issue is the damage is done and it won't be pushed by the algorithm. (This even occurred on a video that's just my face for the whole video).

My question is, why are these getting auto flagged to where only my followers can see if the same exact clip posted to my YouTube shorts is getting hundreds to thousands of views?

I attempted to contact support but all they sent back was how to appeal these which I already do on almost every video.

For context I stream and clip the game Hunt Showdown (They even have a setting for less gore that i have turned on but even without it on its not bad). I have compared my clips to other creators and they are similar in format to an extent.
