Crashing Only When People Play My Videos

A half dozen people have told me over the past couple of days that their TikTok app crashes every time they play one of my videos—only my videos, no one else's, and when they reopen it, my videos don't appear on their FYP any longer. One person just told me that this happens every time they look up my account and try to watch one of my videos, and when the app crashes it prompts them to recover their account or to create a new one. Has anyone ever experienced this? It's kind of creping me out, to be honest.
