Account Region Changed By Hacker

So my TikTok account that has 98k followers was hacked, but I luckily got it back via TikTok support. But the hacker changed my account region to Saudi Arabia. And when I try changing it back, It says "You Wait For The Data Maintenance To Be Completed In The Region You Are Currently Located". Any way to fix this?
