Does anyone else have their videos stop being shown on the FYP after they hit 30 views everytime?

So pretty much I've noticed that every single TikTok I've uploaded will be shown on the FYP until it hits 30 views then it it stops. Shortly after I'll get views but they are only from my followers after that. So my videos will generally get around 60-70 views once my followers see it.

It doesn't matter if the video is well liked or not, it always stops being show to non-followers after 30 views. A couple of my videos did very well by getting more than 15 likes with just 30 views but it still doesn't get shown to more people. What is the reason for this and is it fixable? Is it possible that I've been shadow banned?
