Account hacked

My account got hacked. My email, phone number, and username all got changed. I tried to log into it and now it requires 2FA. I have no idea what to do and I’m scared. Can anyone tell me what to do? I saw somewhere that you can somehow verify your account back with two friends or something but I’m not sure how to go about that. How can I get my account back?

If everything has been changed? It's gone unfortunately, if you changed your number or had anything attached to it with a verification access? There's not much you can do 🤷
