I am unable to Like Posts and Follow my Friends

Title.

Everytime i try following my friends or like a post, my TikTok automatically undoes my action of following a friend or liking a post and its actually making me go crazy.

What do i need to do in order to be released from "TikTok Jail" or whatever this is????
