What’s with the login???

This is really pmo. When I try to log in to my account I give my username and password which are both correct but then it asks for a verification from my email which I no longer have access to. But why do I need that if my login is correct? :/ and I can’t change the email or anything.

And vise versa, if I try logging into a different account with my email and the verification code, then I need my password like I don’t get it. They say it’s for protection blah blah but literally no other platform does this. I can’t get into my accounts.
