My videos seem to only grab local viewers!

I'm posting a few videos on TikTok to grab organic installs for my app. basically, my app is meant for english speakers. the issue is I get likes from an Arabic-speaking audience because I'm moroccan.

my question is, does tiktok show my content only/mostly to people from my country?
