“*user* shared with you” above a video title, what does it mean?

I was scrolling through my fyp and saw a video with this on it. I’m just confused cos the video was posted 6 days ago and I deactivated my TikTok 7 days ago and just got it back earlier today, so not sure how they even shared this with me? Unless they shared it since i reactivated today but why didn’t I get a dm? Anyone else get this before
