Want to find deleted messages

Long story short I was on tiktok after a night out scrolling and I woke up and I'd sent a video to someone I kinda know in real life.

I don't even remember sharing it so in a panic I deleted and blocked, and shut down my account (for about an hour)

is there a way of viewing what you shared in DM with someone you blocked and deleted? I've tried downloading my data but there's nothing there.
