Lemon8 account notifications through Tiktok, but didn't sign up. Is this happening to anyone else?

So as per the title, I keep receiving Lemon8 notifications through Tiktok. I've never actually signed up to Lemon8, nor have I ever downloaded the app. I assume Tiktok automatically set up an account and shared my details. Is this happening to anyone else? Also, is there a way to opt out?
