Notification when I screen record?

So yesterday I searched a video that I really liked in 2021 from a very popular TikToker and I found it but you couldn’t save it, so I screen recorded it and I also sent it to a friend on TikTok on messages and then about 15 minutes later the video said unavailable and it said the user had deleted their account so I got someone to search and all their stuff was available to them so it looks like I’ve been blocked but I genuinely don’t know how they would’ve known that I screen recorded it? Can anyone provide any insight?
