Tiktok cover copyrighted

I post guitar covers of songs which isn’t stealing a song whatsoever and my hotel california solo gets taken down every single time even though it isn’t the original audio, just the backing track. Is there any way to avoid this?

Written music and recordings have two separate copyrights. When you publish a cover without permission, it violates the copyright to the written music, but not the recording. But it's still a copyright violation
