suddenly view drop off ?

I was not getting any traction for weeks on my account and suddenly it picked up to around 1000-2000 views per post granteed and a couple did well at 8000 and 10000. I wanted to start a second account to build multiple streams of views but as soon as i started posting on a second account, my other account got stuck around 300-400 views every post. Anybody know how to fix this ?
