Is my account at risk?

Hello, I just received a verification code from TikTok on my Viber account, even though I haven't connected my phone number in the app, as if someone is trying to access my account. I tried changing my password, but it gives me an error "illegal request". When I tried adding 2FA, it says "something went wrong". Should I be worried, or is the app just bugged at the moment?
