was my account deleted?

i made a second tiktok account to post some gym content. the first two videos were getting normal interaction, 800–900 views which was posted yesterday. earlier today i posted a video that was stuck at 0 views for an hour and the only views that showed up were from my main account. i deleted tiktok, reinstalled it and when i tried logging in with my username it said “account doesn’t exist.” i tried logging in with the same gmail and after doing so it just created a whole new account. when i search up the account that got “deleted” it still pops up on search but i can no longer login to it so what happened?
