Can't log in to Tik Tok Live Studio? Network Error, any fixes?

Hi everyone.

I'm logged into tiktok on my laptop absolutely fine. If i try to go live it opens tik tok live studio. When i try to log in, i just get a network error pop up at the top.

If i then try to log in via a different method. It then tells me i have tried too many times and doesnt allow any more attempts.

Any ideas? I'm unsure how to fix or who to contact!

Any recommendations or points of contact would be very much appreciated.
