Should I just make a new account?

Hello, I just recently made an account (less than a week old) and uploaded 3 videos. I’m trying to get into content creation and my videos were just me talking about silksong and a stream highlight. I woke up today and my account has been suspended. What do I do I made an appeal but should I try just making another account?
