How to stop my account from being suggested to contacts and people I follow on my personal account?

So I've decided to open an account to post some content for a second time due to every person on goddamn earth finding the first one when I didn't want them to find it. I want to know every single thing I can do to stop my contacts, friends and family from finding this one before I make it.
