Depending when this was, I bet those people parked there and carpooled with others to a party nearby, Calf Fry Music Festival, and/or something happening in Guthrie. Most likely, a bunch of very bored people in the country just drove their vehicles to a closed gas station. They parked at the pumps, got out, and hid for the video.

So many people in rural areas have multiple vehicles, it's likely all the same family trying to prank people on social media.
