TikTok cut the creator fund + algorithm changed???

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue recently or if it is just me, but my content RPM is no more than 8 or 10 cents now. Previously it at least used to be around 50 cents. Nothing I do gets it to change. I especially notice that it is incredibly hard for me to garner views on my videos, when previously I was averaging 30-200k likes. And if a video has decent RPM but gets above 10k likes, the RPM drops again. ???? Anyone else dealing with this or know why it might be happening to me? For context, I do make commentary content.
