Has anyone else not seen any ads in years and now are getting them all the time?

I don’t know why, but for like 3 years I haven’t seen an ad on TikTok but as of a few days ago I’ve been seeing a ton of them. Is this because of the new ownership? Anyone know how I can go back to my ad free version?
