Does TikTok automatically delete old videos?

I’ve had my account since the app was called musically. I was afraid to use it back then because I was extremely insecure. So my step-sis and I would make videos together. I was the camera girl and she was the “actress”. We had so much fun making videos too. We thought we were only sending them to friends and family, until we realized some of our videos were actually posted. We ended up leaving the videos up even though we weren’t allowed to. No one ever saw them either. Flash forward to 2018 the app is sold and becomes TikTok. I started making videos myself and had so much fun that I didn’t care about my insecurities anymore. I made over 200 videos by the end of 2019. Last year (I think?) I scrolled down to the bottom of my account to revisit my old videos. All but one of the musically’s we made are gone. I checked my private videos. They aren’t there. I checked my recently deleted videos. Nothing there. They’re just gone. Luckily all of our musically videos are saved to my google account. Still, it’s sad.

So I’m wondering, did TikTok delete them automatically? Or did someone hack my account and delete them?

Also, why did TikTok remove my mom, dad, and my sisters, old musically accounts after I visited them and saved some of their old videos to my phone? It’s really sad that I can’t see any of their old videos. Why did me interacting with those accounts cause TikTok to remove them? Before you say it, no they did not delete their own accounts. They don’t even remember their logins to those accounts, trust me on that.
