Payment keeps failing

Anyone else having this issue making a purchase on tiktok? I've tried multiple credit cards. I have no debt on any card. Called the bank and said there's nothing that's blocking the transaction. No fraud. I tried on my phone app. I also tried on the PC tiktok website and still my payment doesn't go through. I must have tried a dozen times making sure the credit card info is correct and I still get a payment failed error. I also tried paypal and I still get the same issue.
